HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alabama A&M (2-0, 0-0 SWAC) men's basketball will resume play and compete in their first conference game of the season as they host to rival Alabama State (1-3, 1-3 SWAC) on Saturday, January 16 at 4:30 p.m. in Elmore for the first time in three years.
 
In a year full of uncertainty, the Bulldogs have endured through their own struggles yet come into SWAC play undefeated for the first time in school history, and look to continue their strong play. The Hornets, decided to opt out and not play any non-conference games, and come off a 64-51 win over Mississippi Valley on Jan. 12.

NOTES
Both games of the doubleheader have been sold out with limited seating available due to COVID-19 … fans not holding tickets will not be able to enter the facility but will be able to follow all the action on www.AAMUSports.com.
 
Due to contact tracing within State of Alabama guidelines, head coach Dylan Howard will not be on the sidelines for the Bulldogs ... Derrick Tilmon will serve as interim head coach with assistance from the remainder of the staff.
