HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alabama A&M men's golf returns to action just up the road as they travel to the TVA Credit Union Invitational for 54 holes from October 18-19. That tournament will be played in Killen, Alabama at Turtle Point Yacht and County Club and will feature 66 competitors.
In addition to the Bulldogs and host North Alabama, this year's tournament will feature Chicago State, UT-Martin, Murray State, Division II power Rollins, Southeastern Louisiana, Southern Illinois, Stetson, Texas Southern and Valparaiso.
Turtle Point is consistently rated as one of the top golf courses in the State of Alabama and was designed by legendary architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr. It is laid out as a 7,133-yard Par 72 for this year's tournament.
Among those representing the Bulldogs will be seniors
Jason Johnson (Toledo, Ohio) and
Conner McMillan (Oxford, Ind.), graduate
Riley Webster (Gurley, Ala.) and freshman
Felipe Gomez (Bogota, Columbia) and
BK Kim (Winter Garden, Fla.).
