HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Having been on hiatus since March 1, Alabama A&M (0-5, 0-0 SWAC) baseball will be back in action as they open Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) play as they host Alcorn State (3-4, 3-3 SWAC) in a three-game series from Friday, March 19 through Sunday, March 21. The first two games are set for a 2 p.m. first pitch with the finale set for 1 p.m.
The Bulldogs have had their last two series postponed due to COVID-19 protocols and last played a three-game series at UAB. The last of those was a 7-3 loss to the Blazers on Sunday, February 28. Meanwhile, the Braves have lost their last four, including a 30-6 seven inning loss to Jackson State on Sunday, March 14.
