HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – With impending severe weather expected in the Lorman, Mississippi area this weekend, Alabama A&M (6-12, 6-7 SWAC) baseball has announced schedule changes to their road series at Alcorn State (6-12, 6-10 SWAC) this weekend.
 
Originally scheduled for April 23-25, the teams will now play the opener at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 22 and the second game at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 23. Due to the expected severe thunderstorms in the area, the clubs will not play on Saturday before closing out the series with a 1 p.m. first pitch on Sunday, April 25.
 
The Bulldogs are coming off their best stretch of the season as they swept a four-game series from Mississippi Valley State this past weekend while the Braves dropped a three-game set at Jackson State. In that one they fell 10-0 in the opener, 6-4 in the middle game and 11-0 in the finale.
