HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Looking towards going into the upcoming Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Tournament on a high note, Alabama A&M (9-15, 9-10 SWAC) baseball looks to snap a three-game skid as they head to rival Alabama State (20-17, 11-7 SWAC) for a three-game series from May 7-9. The first two games are set for 6 p.m. starts with a 1 p.m. first pitch for the finale on Sunday, May 9.
The Bulldogs enter the set having dropped a three-game series to league champion Jackson State this past weekend after having tied the program's Division I Era win streak with seven in a row prior to that set back. Meanwhile, ASU has won their last eight since dropping a 4-2 decision to the Tigers on Sunday, April 11.
