De'Ajene Johnson (Detroit, Mich.) and
Taylor Wingo (D'Iberville, Miss.) alongside senior
Shanique Masters (St. Catherine, Jamaica) led Alabama A&M women's track & field as they closed out the Hilltopper Relays on Saturday, April 4.
Johnson finished 9-of-24 in the 400-meters, stopping the clock at 58.76. Masters was 11-of-49 in the 800-meters in a time of 2:23.55. Wingo placed 17-of-49 finishing in a time of 2:26.55 in the same event, while Johnson followed closely behind with an 18-of-49 finish stopping the clock at 2:27.03. Ingram was 25-of-49 and crossed the line in 2:29.11.
The Bulldogs will return to action on April 7-9 as they head to the Green and Gold Invite, hosted by Alabama-Birmingham.
