HUNTSVILLE, Ala. ^__ In their second tournament in as many weeks, Alabama A&M Softball is looking to have a good showing in the Roar City Classic, hosted by Tennessee State in Nashville.
 
The Bulldogs (2-1) will have four games in three days, starting with the host team Tennessee State on Friday at 11 a.m. They will face both Bradley and play the Tigers for the second time on Saturday at 2 and 4 p.m. respectively, while closing play against North Alabama on Sunday at 2 p.m.
 
A&M picked up wins in the season-opening River City Classic against Grambling State, 9-4, on February 11 and Xavier (La.) on February 12 by a score of 6-5. Meanwhile, they dropped the final game of the weekend on Sunday to conference foe Alcorn State.
 
Tennessee State enters play a perfect 4-0 early in the year, after competing in the same River City Classic. The Tigers defeated Xavier, Jackson State, Grambling State, and Alcorn State in the two-day span.
 
Bradley is coming into the weekend 1-4 after competing in the Troy Cox Classic, hosted by New Mexico State. The Braves dropped a pair of games to both Colorado State and the host team, before closing the tournament with a win over the Colorado State.
 
North Alabama also comes in undefeated after sweeping SWAC member Mississippi Valley State in a home series last weekend to start their season. The Lions will face Bradley twice, before Tennessee State and closing with the Sunday matchup against the Bulldogs.
