HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alabama A&M Softball will prepare for a three-game road series against Mississippi Valley State starting Friday at 6 p.m. at the MVSU Softball Field.
 
The series between Southwestern Athletic Conference teams will start Friday, followed by games on Saturday and Sunday at 12 noon and 2 p.m. respectively.

A&M (15-14, 6-6 SWAC) is currently fourth in the standings in the SWAC East, just two games behind Florida A&M and three games above Jackson State heading into the weekend. The Bulldogs were idle last weekend, as their home series against the Rattlers was postponed last weekend due to rain.

The two programs met earlier this season in Huntsville, as the Bulldogs swept a three-game series against the Delta Devilettes from March 24-26. A&M took the first game 14-6 on Friday, March 24, before taking a doubleheader on Sunday, March 26 with a 6-2 and 4-3 win to close the series.
