BIRMINGHAM, Ala. __ The Southwestern Athletic Conference has announced their Outdoor Track and Field Weekly Honors, with an Alabama A&M trio of
Olivia Andrews,
Kyle Graham, and
Ezekiel Salama sweeping the weekly honors.

Andrews was named SWAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week after leading the Bulldogs in a strong performance at the Hilltopper Relays, hosted by Western Kentucky last weekend. The graduate student was part of a pair of first-place finishes, with three total first place including a win in the 400-meter with a time of 56.80 seconds and as a member of the 4x400 relay team that also took first place at the event with a time of 4:00.04.

On the men's side, Graham has been named SWAC Men's Track Athlete of the Week after his success at the relays, taking home a top five finish in the men's 400-meter event. His time of 50.24 seconds was good for fourth place overall.
Meanwhile, Salama was named SWAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week after competing in a pair of events over the weekend, finishing fifth in the discus throw at 40.68 meters, followed by a 12th place finish in the men's hammer throw with a distance of 48.07 meters.

A&M will return to Oxford, Mississippi for the second time this spring to compete in the Joe Walker Invite, starting on Friday and ending on Saturday. All events will be held at the Ole Miss Track & Field Complex.
