HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | Alabama A&M University head women's tennis coach
Willis Mbandi announced the signing of Naomi Blanks, who will compete for the Bulldog Tennis Program.
Â
"On our very first call with Naomi, it was clear that she knew what she was looking for in a program," Mbandi said. "She has an unparalleled desire to maximize her potential and is full of positive energy - two characteristics that align with our core values. Throughout the recruiting process one thing remained consistent, Naomi is a young lady of great character. It was a pleasure meeting the Blanks family during Naomi's visit. We have not just added the right tennis player, but the right individual."
Â
Blanks, who is a native of Atlanta, Ga., will graduate this spring from Georgia Connections Academy. She is currently ranked No. 17 in Georgia and is a three-star recruit on Tennis Recruiting.net.
