THE HILL | The Alabama A&M University men's and women's cross country teams return to action on Monday and closes out its regular season with the 2024 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Cross Country Championships at the Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Fla.

The cross country championships begin with the men's race on the 8K course, starting at 8 a.m., with the women's race on the 5K course beginning at 9 a.m.

"We have had a good season and this will be another opportunity for our teams to perform at the highest level," Alabama A&M head coach
Andrew Murphy said. "This is the first year the men will be competing in the championships in quite some time and our women want to build off last year's third-place finish."

All-conference awards will be given to the first 10 finishers (first and second team), while the Most Valuable Runner award will be the top finisher.
