HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | The Alabama A&M University men's basketball team seeks its first season sweep of the season as the Bulldogs play host to Mississippi Valley State in the Think Pink/Coaches vs. Cancer Game on Saturday. Tip-off at the AAMU Event Center for the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) game is set for 2 p.m. on HBCU GO.
 
The Bulldogs also seek a season sweep of Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Monday night, wrapping up a two-game homestand. 
 
Alabama A&M (6-18 overall, 5-6 SWAC) has now won three out of its last four games after a 60-50 road win against Grambling State on Monday. Meanwhile, Mississippi Valley State (0-24, 0-11) is searching for its first win of the season after suffering a 72-55 home loss on Monday to Alcorn State.

Dailin Smith registered 17 points and seven rebounds in a 78-70 road win over Mississippi Valley State on Jan. 8. Lorenzo Downey drained four 3-pointers and finished with 14 points, while EJ Williams poured in 13 points. AC Bryant came off the bench to record 10 points.
 
Donovan Sanders and Rayquan Brown accounted for 46 of the 70 points as both finished with 23 points to pace Mississippi Valley State.
 
LAST TIME OUT – ALABAMA A&M
The Bulldogs erased an early eight-point deficit and took advantage of a seven-minute scoreless stretch by Grambling State to pick up a 60-50 road victory.
 
Alabama A&M grabbed 56 rebounds, including 20 on the offensive glass.
 
Cameron Tucker and Omari Peek each added 14 points, while Chad Moodie posted a doube-double, with a career-high 12 rebounds and 11 points.
 
LAST TIME OUT – MISSISSIPPI VALLEY STATE
The Delta Devils shot 44.7 percent from the floor, but just went to the foul line eight times (5-of-8) as MVSU fell at home to Alcorn State, 72-55, on Monday.
 
Rayquan Brown paced the Delta Devils with 26 points, on 10-of-15 shooting, and Danny Washington poured in 12 points.
