Box Score JACKSON, Miss. | After their second 4-0 clinch of the season, the Alabama A&M women's tennis team claimed their third consecutive win over a Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) opponent after defeating Grambling State on Saturday afternoon.
The Bulldogs quickly claimed the doubles point after claiming a 6-0 decision at second and third doubles.
Alicia Owegi moved the bagel count to three after taking down Ximena Raya Arrendondo in straight sets. Sotelo Raya won at fifth singles to come within one of the match. Naomi Blanks, playing at sixth singles, clinched the claimed a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Emmory Simmons to clinch.

The Bulldogs will face their final challenge of the SWAC tennis pod by taking on Bethune-Cookman on Sunday at 2 p.m.
