THE HILL | For the first time this season, the Alabama A&M University women's basketball team has received votes in the CollegeInsider.com mid-major top 25. The Bulldogs received 13 votes and is the lone Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) program receiving votes. 
 
Alabama A&M is riding a 10-game winning streak and is 14-9 overall, 10-1 in league play. The Bulldogs can match the longest the program's best winning streak on Thursday against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. In addition, AAMU is looking to avenge its only conference loss on Saturday when the Bulldogs play host to Mississippi Valley State.
 
The Bulldogs will play five out the final seven regular season games at home and will play host to UAPB on Thursday. Tip-off against the Golden Lions during the Play 4 Kay Breast Cancer Awareness game is set for 6 p.m. from the AAMU EVent Center and streamed on SWAC TV.
