COVINGTON, Ga. | The final game of the HBCU Tournament at the Turner Lake Softball Complex between Alabama A&M University and Maryland Eastern Shore was cancelled on Sunday due to weather.
 
Alabama A&M (5-3) opened the weekend with losses to Howard and Fort Valley State, but bounced back on Saturday with victories against South Carolina State and Coppin State.
 
The Bulldogs now turn their attention to the home opener on Tuesday when Western Illinois visits the AAMU Softball Complex. First pitch is set for 12 p.m. against the Leathernecks.
