THE HILL | For the third consecutive week, the Alabama A&M University women's basketball team received votes in the CollegeInsider.com mid-major top 25. The Bulldogs received 20 votes and is the lone Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) program receiving votes. 
 
Alabama A&M is riding a 14-game winning streak and is 18-9 overall, 14-1 in league play. The Bulldogs rank tops in the conference in several statistical categories, including free-throw attempts (sixth nationally), scoring defense (17^th nationally), free throws made per game (17^th nationally), field goal percentage defense (23^rdnationally), field goal percentage, fouls per game, rebound margin, scoring margin.
 
The Maroon & White close out the regular season with three consecutive home games, starting on Saturday against rival Alabama State. The Bulldogs are seeking a season sweep of the Hornets for the third straight season. Tip-off for the Senior Day contest is scheduled for 2 p.m. from the AAMU Event Center and streamed on SWAC TV.
