Lady Bulldogs Battle the University of Kentucky

NORMAL – Fresh off their biggest win in school history the Alabama A&M women's basketball team heads to Lexington, Kentucky for a December 18, date with the #13 ranked University of Kentucky Wildcats. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m.

Alabama A&M, is 4-3 after its win over Minnesota. Junior guard Whiquitta Tobar leads the Lady Bulldogs in scoring and rebounding, averaging 19.0 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. She scored 31 points in the win over the Golden Gophers after hitting three three-pointers and going 12-of-15 from the free-throw line. Following Tobar in the scoring column is freshman guard Brittney Strickland and sophomore center NaDra Robertson with 8.9 and 8.7 points per game, respectively.
