HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alabama A&M cross country and second-year coach Andrew Murphy have announced the teams 2023 cross country schedule on Wednesday afternoon. The schedule is made up of five dates ranging from September and October. Four of them being in state followed by the conference championship in Florida.

The Bulldogs will begin the season on September 1st at the Foothills Invitational, hosted by Jacksonville State in Oxford, Alabama.  Last time the team was in this event was 2021 and had a 11^th place finish. Succeeding the season opener will be the North Alabama Showcase hosted by UNA on September 15^th in Huntsville, Alabama.

Closing out the month of September A&M will head down south to Valley, Alabama for the Skyhawk Invitational hosted by Point University on the September 30th at 9:00 am. The last two meets in October branch ten days between both meets. On October they will participate in the Crimson Classic down in Tuscaloosa hosted by the University of Alabama. They participated in this event in the 2022 season and failed to qualify.  The season concludes October 23^rd down in Tallahassee, Florida for the 2023 SWAC Championships where A&M finished in 6^th place last year.
