HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | The Alabama A&M University women's cross country team returned to action on Friday morning, competing in the Southern Showcase, hosted by Jacksonville State University.
The Bulldogs placed 29th out of 36 teams competing as Ole Miss won the event with 50 points.
Tamijah Scriven paced AAMU with a time of 20:28.8 and Taylor Wingo crossed in 20:54.9. Minki Isom and De'Ajene Johnson finished with times of 21:25.0 and 21:28.3, respectively. Sanyae Gibson rounded out the scoring in 21:29.3. Aneisha Ingram and Khalea Avery also competed in the event.
