OLD HICKORY, Tenn. | The Alabama A&M University men's golf team sits in 13
th place after two rounds at the TSU Big Blue Intercollegiate at the Hermitage Golf Club on Monday.
Alabama A&M carded a 613 and is 13
th as Arkansas-Pine Bluff leads the field by three strokes, firing a 564. UT Martin is second at 567, followed by Southern Indiana (570), Florida A&M (571), Eastern Illinois (578), Evansville (586) Trevecca Nazarene (586), Cumberlands (589), Parkland (590), Tennessee State (590), Miles (591) and Prairie View A&M (591). John A. Logan shot a 615 to complete the 14-team field.
Niall Bagnall, who was tied for 15
th after the opening round, carded a 4-over-par 146 and is tied for 20
th.
Lukas Lange shot a 149 and is tied for 44
th, while
Samuel Boddie is tied for 79
th at 156.
Kourey Patterson is tied for 88
th (162) and Cornelius Brown carded a 174 (91
st) to round out the individual scoring for the Bulldogs.
Jose Berenguel, of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, holds a 1-shot lead after shooting a 4-under-par 138. UT Martin's Jackson Twerdahl and Arkansas-Pine Bluff's Jonathon Baumann are tied for second with 139s.
Alabama A&M concludes play at the TSU Big Blue Intercollegiate on Tuesday with the final two rounds at the Hermitage Golf Club.
