About The Game
Previously the home of the National Football League's (NFL) St. Louis Rams, The Dome at America's Center will allow the Bulldogs to have an advance preview of "playing on Sunday's" with kickoff set for 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 16.

It will also serve as a homecoming for one of A&M's most recent signees – and one with a very familiar name – in 6-3 defensive end Aleem Glass, brother of legendary quarterback Aqeel Glass. Their family hails from the Show Me State, specifically St. Louis.

Dubbed the St. Louis River City Classic, when it comes to the game itself there is plenty of recent history between the teams, including a massive 52-24 victory for the Bulldogs to close last season and the instant classic of that was the de facto Spring 2021 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) National Championship played between the two clubs.

The trip will also mark four straight games away from home for A&M as they will not return to Louis Crews Stadium until the regular season finale against Texas Southern on November 19.

Series History vs. Arkansas-Pine Bluff
Dating back to November 21, 1998, the Bulldogs hold a commanding 18-7 series lead over Arkansas-Pine Bluff since joining the NCAA Division I ranks at the turn of this century.

The Bulldogs have won six of the last seven meetings, most recently a 52-24 decimation of the Golden Lions on Senior Day on November 20, 2021. The previous meeting was an instant classic that was the 40-33 SWAC Championship victory on May 1, 2021. A&M suffered a 52-34 loss on September 7, 2019 but prior to that won four in a row from September 26, 2015 through November 3, 2018.

Series Flashback
Of the 25 games in the Division I Era series history there is one that springs to mind right away for the Series Flashback – that May 1, 2021 contest that gave Alabama A&M their first SWAC Championship since 2006, first undefeated season since 1966 and the first HBCU National Title in school history.

Check out the full recap to get the entire story of not only one of the most impressive games in the series history but the history of the program.
