Anthony Toney played the positions of cornerback and safety for the Bulldogs from 1975-79. He achieved honors as Outstanding Defensive Player (1976-77), along with distinctions in the Magic City Classic games of 1977-78 and 1978-79. After graduating from AAMU, he earned the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He operates a private practice in Huntsville, Ala.
