Alabama A&M Athletics

A four-year starter, Terrance Vanlier scored in double figures throughout his Alabama A&M career and helped guide the program during its transition from NCAA Division II to Division I. He led the Bulldogs in blocked shots for three consecutive seasons and paced the team in scoring and rebounding twice. Vanlier was named the 1999-2000 SWAC Player of the Year and became the first Alabama A&M men’s basketball player to earn First Team All-SWAC honors. A two-year team captain and member of the 1,000-point club, he recorded career highs of 42 points and 14 rebounds. Vanlier was also a Dean’s List student and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.
